3 cups red beet chunks
1 red apple, washed &
cut into pieces
2 oranges, peeled
1 lemon, peeled
2 cups pineapple chunks
1 inch piece ginger, peeled
Turn juicer on, add
ingredients into juicer, extract juice, pour in a glass, and stir.
